Hey All, Just a word of thanks to Malwarebytes. I had a tricky little bugger to get rid of but MB software did what my anti-virus could not! WELL DONE! The thing I had was a type of virus loader. What they do is package a number of encrypted viruses into a single executable which is loaded at startup. The exe seems ok to my AV because the viruses are encrypted. As soon as it tries to execute a virus my AV blocked the virus but not the originating executable. MB anti-malware software picked up the executable and removed the viruses.
