  1. Yep, they were false positives. Interesting. If I go to Spyware Blaster it will show the same amount of PUPs that AdwCleaner found in the registry have been disabled. This comes under the category of "you learn something new every day". Thanks again.
  2. Well, thank you very much for the history lesson. I, for one, appreciate it and I'm sure many others will also.
  3. Well, thanks for the information and the link. Correct me if I am wrong but hasn't AdwCleaner been around for a while? I seem to remember that it did not have the same look as the current version and never found anything on my computers. And yes, I do use Spyware blaster
  4. I had never run AdwCleaner on my present computers. I seem to remember the program being around in previous operating systems. Well, I recently ran it on all 5 computers and it found hundreds of PUPs which are now gone. I am just a little curious about them. How did they get on m y computers and why did the PUPs all end up only in the registry? Great program by the way.?
  5. Well, thanks. I never tried excluding anything so that's why I never experienced that problem.
  6. Anyone having problems with this program? Seems to run fine for me. I hope I'm not missing something.
  7. Fred was 8 weeks old in that picture which was taken the day he came to live with me. The picture was taken on June 4, 2015. He was 3 years old on April 10. Sorry mods.
  8. Done! Many thanks for the speedy response. It is most appreciated. All seems to be fine now.
  9. This has only started happening on boot up a couple of days ago. Never have seen it before so I'm stumped. Reboot fixes it but it comes back on the next boot up. OS is Windows 7 pro Thanks for any help.
  10. I wonder if the FREE version is the portable version.
  11. Same thing here. Did not experience the problem yesterday but today it is almost happening on all of my morning visits. Yes, the latest version of Firefox.
  12. Same here. I just don't let it bother me but it it could be fixed, it would be great and would stop a lot of posts here.
  13. @Porthos I have the beta installed on all 5 computers and experience it a lot. The point being that the beta sure didn't solve the problem for me. I ignore it because I know that it will soon begin the process of downloading and installing the update. If only the program could wait a reasonable period of time before it complains about no update I feel it would stop lots of complaints.
  14. Hang on. You will get an answer within a reasonable time.
  15. I think that it is a shame considering how long Malwarebytes has been around. I had very bad problems at first but all is well now. I hope the Malwarebytes people finally get things working.
  16. That might be possible but new in a sealed box sounds phony. They are doing the same thing with antivirus programs.
  17. You can buy from 1 to 10 here https://www.malwarebytes.com/pricing/
