If that does not work you will need to contact Support directly and they should be able to assist you.  To do so, please fill out the form on this page and you will be contacted via email once they get to your ticket.  Just be aware that tickets take longer than normal to get a reply at the moment due to increased ticket volume so expect to wait at least a few days (not including weekends) if you do end up having to create a ticket.

Thanks exile360, I guess that is the answer.

    I'll give it a go.

    Thanks to both of you.

There is no need to do any kind of activation of Browser Guard, once the add-on is there its working.

The email thing was/is experinental and only shown to a few which is why you only saw it on one machine, you could/can just ignore it or put junk in it. (TBH I thought they had now stopped, I certainly never saw it myself)

    Well, thank you very much.

    Happy New Year everyone. 😉

  3. II have typed in my email address and clicked on "Let's Go" and nothing happened.

I have removed it and then added it several times and nothing changed.

I also have rebooted it several times as well.

I have it on 6 computers and this is the only one that it happens on.

    Any ideas?

    Thanks

  4. I read the instructions before I installed the beta. Removed all of the previous version including everything in the registry. May I remind everyone that I am a fanatic. I have failed to change that in my eighty-five years.

My comment was only why did it find more false positives in one computer and not in another when I have almost the same programs in every compute?

    Really doesn't bother me,

  5. I don't see more that I can offer but we shall see.

What I find strange is the False Positives, The same ones are not caught on all of my computers. I think the way it went was: My main computer 3, Ham Shack 1, The Lab NONE.

    These are all Windows 7.

  6. I don't think an image is necessary because at this point we are here for a different reason.

My experience was - I would set up the schedule, leave scheduling, then go back to check and it is back to once a day.

I experienced that on two of my beta computers.

Thanks for the reply. I'm a very unlucky gut but let's see what happens.
