  1. Is this still planned or should I just put it in the category - not planning to implement? Al
  2. Okay, no one can say I'm impatient and not willing to wait for the implementation of saving the window settings, but how difficult can this be? Isn't almost 3 years enough time? Okay, you're are all fired! Marcin? RuberDucky? Al
  3. Marcin, Will MbAM ever be able to save its settings such as window pos/size? Al
  4. It's been a year now and MBAM is still unable to save its window position or size. It also does not honor the Run: Maximized property setting. I assume this fell off the table somewhere. Al
  5. Okay Marcin, your week is up I know you folks are busy. I'll be back Al
  6. Except mine - that you currently do not save the GUI's window settings when it is exited. GUI still only knows one size and position on startup in ver 1.31 Al
  7. File Items no longer showing up with database version 1454. Thanks for the quick response. Al
  8. Similar results for me too. Virus total showed no hits. One of the files (zts2.exe) is an empty directory and the other lic.xxx is a plain text file. Ran scan with /developer and added log here. mbam_log_2008_12_02__20_58_37_.txt Al mbam_log_2008_12_02__20_58_37_.txt
  9. Thanks Marcin. Hopefully, it will not be too much trouble adding this small enhancement. I'm sure others will appreciate it too. Al
  10. I understand that and I have no problem waiting for a response from someone that can address my question. Thanks, Al
  11. I can understand everyone's enthusiasm about MBAM - I find it quite good too. I was simply asking what the reasoning was behind the fact that MBAM does not save one's preferred MBAM window settings. I was hoping to hear from an MBAM developer like Marcin (RubbeR DuckY) to shed some light on my question. Praising MBAM is IMO OT to what I'm trying to clarify. Al
  12. Hi, I recently installed MBAM to try it out and noticed that you cannot make any changes to the main window of MBAM so it will be remembered the next time the application is launched.. Even going into the MBAM shortcut properties and changing the window from normal to maximized is not being honored. MBAM only knows one size and one window position when it is run. I prefer to resize and position an application's main view and most programs save these changes to be valid across all sessions. From my trials and errors, MBAM does not. It does allow changes during a session, but they are lost after closing. Is there any reason why this is so? Al
