Error 12997 updating

Sorry I realised the thread Title is wrong - it's Error 12007 I'm getting, not 12997. -
Every time I try to update I get MBAM_ERROR_UPDATING(12007, 0, WinHttpSendRequest). I'm running XP, with McAfee AntiVirus Plus, which includes McAfee Security Center v 10.0 and McAfee Personal Firewall v 11.0. The files mbam.exe, mbamgui.exe and mbamservice.exe all have full access through the firewall. Any suggestions?
