  1. Hi Rui, The computer seems to be running well again. I'm able to click on links and go there. Is there something else I need to do? If not, thank you so much for your help. Greg
  2. Rui, you're right. I didn't do as directed. I'm such a knucklehead sometimes. I hope I did as directed this time. Attached is the fixlog. Thanks for your patience, Greg Fixlog.txt
  3. Hi Rui, I did as directed and it didn't create the fixlog.txt file. Attached is a screen shot after FRST64 completed the scan. Thank you, Greg
  4. Hi Rui, I thought I followed your instructions verbatim. I must not have as I just searched my computer and it didn't locate the requested file. I have FRST64 on my desktop so I don't know and I thought I ran it. I attached every file that was created that day in my previous post, and noticed that the fixlog.txt wasn't there but I thought the "fixlist.txt" file was what FRST64 created. I'm sorry and am not sure of what to do next so I'll wait to hear from you. Greg
  5. Hi Rui, The computer seems to be running faster now. Please find attached the requested files as well as two others that were generated. Thank you very much, Cubfan56 fixlist.txt JRT.txt AdwCleaner[C0].txt ESETScan.txt FRST.txt Addition.txt
  6. Computer has become very sluggish after trip to Ireland. Within webpages it sometimes won't go sites by clicking hyperlinks. Browser is very slow in opening. Attached are requested files. Thank you Greg FRST.txt Addition.txt Scanlog.txt
  7. Is this problem still there? I asked because I just got the same message "Make sure you're connected to the internet and that your firewall is set to allow Malwarebytes to access the internet". Thanks, Greg
