Is this a False Positive?

I've had Perfect Optimizer on 2 of my computers for several months. When I loaded Malwarebytes to one of them it elliminated Perfect Optimizer. Now the website www.perfectoptimizer.com (IP 74.52.96.162) is blocked as well. Is Perfect Optimizer malicious?
