  1. Thanks for your response SPDIF. We will just have to wait and see what support has to say. I guess there is no problem with it there. It might be for Malwarebytes records.
  2. Thanks Ron from the staff and Jason from the support staff. I am back up and running the activated Malwarebytes. Issued a new activation code. However checking my account it still shows my old activation code and ID. I hope this will be fixed as well. Thanks again was only with free version for three days skoop
  3. Blacklisted Activation code Support Ticket 2697502 sent Aug 27,2019 Purchase of malwarebytes made October 22 2008 from cleaverbridge lifetime activation. This is happening far to often. It seems every time I update windows 10 not long after my activation code is shut down and malwarebytes reverts back to the free edition. Did delete and tried to activate though my account but no luck. If my code has been hacked the please issue me a new activation code so these shutdowns don't happen. A little disgruntled with this program that this is happening so often. Looking at the forums it seem that most of the problems are with the lifetime users.
  4. Valid license since 2008. Has now been changed to a free version, Cannot activate using purchased license. Have not reinstalled, remove. or formatted computer, the gremlins are at it again as this is the second time it has happened to me Have send a request to support, no ticket # yet but will see how long it takes,
  5. thanks for your reply AdvancedSetup. I have no problem with computer performance. Was just checking to see if there was a fix for this problem. Can wait until one is found.
  6. Running Malwarebytes Pro with XP. Has there been a fix for the high CPU usage XP . Already have the temp repair ( turning off the website blocking working fine with this turned off) but I feel I am not getting full value of the paid version of Malwarbytes with only being able to use part of the protection module. If a permanent fix has been found please point me to it.

  9. Correction to my post. Should have said "opposite Malwarebytes icon" not as first posted. If, as exile360 posts, and you are a Corporate customer follow his reply and disreguard mine.
  10. try this: Open Taskbar and Start menu from the control panel.Click on customize. Opposite Superantispyware icon left click to open dropdown. Change to always hide. Click okay. Apply the exit.
  11. Thank You Shadowwar and other members of the Malwarebytes Team. I can confirm that this f/p has now been fixed.
  12. Kies stated as Trojan Agent.txt This is not being detected by a scan but by the Malwarebytes protection module ( paid for version) when I try to open Kies. Did a compete scan and it does not find Kies as a Trojan Agent only when I try to open the program (Kies)does the protection moldule display. Attached is the log and as you can see I allowed Kies to open.
  13. Samsung Kies program for using with Samsung cell phones is now being reported as a trojan agent. Please check as I believe this is a false positive
  14. Have been using free version of Malwarebytes. Just purchased full version. It would be nice if possible to add on the Scheduling Updates along with the hour settings an entry to update at Computer Startup. Great program and has helped me. skoop
