  1. Dear German Bro, You will be very happy with this product. I have been using for about one year now with no issues other than the protection module not working on 64 bit machines, but that has been taken care of now with the release of 1.37. This is likely the best software of it's type out there so purchase with confidence!
  2. Thank You for supporting 64 bit systems. I have been waiting a long time and now I can enjoy the same protection as I do on my 32 bit systems. Again Thanks! I am a little older than most here and started out on the Commodore 64. My C64 has been gone for years now but recently I was given 2 Commodore 64's, 1541 Disk drive, several Commodore printers, and a Commodore monitor. I was so glad to have these items given to me. It not only brings back old memories but will allow me to dabble in Machine Code again. It has also made aware that I don't have Mal-ware protection on the C64. I am wondering when you will be releasing a C64 version? With the year 2012 upon us, and a new era about to begin the C64 may be the only computer that will work so it is very important that we have Mal-ware protection for them. Thank You!
  3. No thank you on the refund. It is better to use as it is than to have to deal with what happen to me earlier in the week. I just have a scan scheduled everyday. What might be a nice function to have in the program is to be able to schedule multiple scans. It's kinda like AV software, it has it's real time scanner but you still do a full scan every now and then just to be safe. I have a full scan scheduled everyday. It would take a lot of some systems resources slowing them down. That's the benefit of X64, 8GB of memory, and my quad core processor helps a little. No, I like the program even if it doesn't have full functionality on my machine. Plus, I like this forum, it's calm here, and no one is throwing sticks and stones at anyone, well maybe little one.
  4. Again, I would like to say I like updates because of the reasons I stated earlier. There is one update I would like to see and that is a fix for the X64 protection issue. It would be nice if the button worked. Maybe instead of an Error 732 (0, 0) it could be changed to read something I and others understand like " It don't work on 64 bit OS's Big Dummy" and also play a tune like "You Big Dummy" by Baltimore Club music. Then when I hit the button and i see the message and hear the tune I'll say to self "Oh that's an Error Code 732 (0, 0). I'm only kidding. Maybe an error code list and probable causes on the site easy to find. Keep up the great work and keep those updates coming!
  5. Thanks! I did use the search function to try and find my problem. I did not get the right results with the words I used to perform the search. I kinda figured it was a X64 problem, glad you told me.
  6. I am using XP Pro X64. I updated and it's working sorta, well mostly working except for when I hit Start Protection, then I get Error Code 732 (0, 0) What is wrong? Is it my machine as usual. I am also running Bitdefender Total Security 2009. I'll check back in the morning EST time and see what the answer is, I have to get some sleep before I have more than just an error code with this computer.
  7. I don't mind updating all the time except when my reg does not work for some reason I have not figured out, maybe because I did not remove, restart, install like the above mentioned. Who knows I'm to tired to worry with it right now. I like updates, tells me the developers have an interest with us and their product.
