  4. I am having problems removing a trojan.cycler virus that malwarebytes has identifed but cannot remove. I have disabled my system resore and deleted all old restore points. Additionally, I have ran cccleaner to empty temp/deleted files. I am including my RSIT Tool results. Any help or advise for me on this issue is greatly appreciated!
