Hi there, I'm having an issue with a trojan that refuses to die. Short story is that I have an internet connection but can only access my gmail account; I can't navigate to any other web site. I'm also prevented from updating my Malwarebytes or other internet security software (get the error code 732 (12029,0)). Every time I run Malwarebytes it detects and appears to remove trojan.falsealert from my registry but the trojan reappears and my problem persists. I would appreciate any thoughts on how to deal with this (but in plain english please as I am nearly totally ignorant about computers). Many thanks, Lee
