Hi - can you let me know if there is a specific reason this ip is blocked? We are on rapidswitch and i know you block them by default, but you did free up our ip range a couple of months ago, but i am getting complaints from our clients that their sites are blocked again by your software. If there is reason this particular ip has been blocked again can you provide me further info on the offending domain and we will take action. If there is no particular reason for this block, other than the datacentre we use, can you please free up all ips on the 95.154.221.x subnet we own. thanks.

Can you explain which domains are causing problems on this IP We are the host and think it very unfair your software blocks ALL sites on the IP when only one domain may be affected (why dont you just block the domain?). We dont use your software ourselves so I cannot see which site is causing the problem. We will certainly suspend any domain that is affected with malware if this proves to be the case.
