    Hi, thank you for replying. I followed the steps above however, i'm still prompted the error message.

    when i try to delete a dectected adware after a scan, this error message pops up MBAM_ERROR_LOAD_QUARANTINE (0,6) it won't allow me to delete the item. What should i do?
