  1. Thank you for the reply. I had to uninstall and re-install Malwarebytes to get the second system to update so they all say the same now.
  2. Could someone please let me know the most current update? I went to another system and tried a manual update and it tells me that 5328 is correct. Thank you. (going to bed, will check back tomorrow)
  3. Hello, I updated earlier to 5328 when I started my system. Approx 4-5 hours later I updated to version 5340. Did Malwarebytes have this many updates in this amount of time? I do no have any problems but I am just checking in case something is wrong on my system as this seems like a lot of updates. Thank you.
  4. Hello, I can not find the file on my system, but I did find the execution in my firewall logs. is-FUELD.exe 692KB Version 51.51.00 Everything is working fine now and my only concern was I did not know the origin of the file. Since you stated this should be related to the installer I will probable leave it alone for now. By the way, my scan time has improved as follows: Quick scan 1.46 = 5 min Quick scan 1.50 = 2 min 10 sec Full scan 1.46 = 22 min Full scan 1.50 = 7 min 47 sec Thank you for the quick reply.
  5. Hello, I just updated to version 1.50 thru the program. After I was asked to reboot my system froze on a solid blue screen upon start-up. I received a message stating there was a problem with is-FUELD.exe. Is this a Malwarebytes file please? After I shut the system down and restarted everything is working now as it should. Thank you.
  6. Thank you for the reply. Yes, I am currently running the free version. I will just leave it alone then and not reinstall. Thanks again.
  7. Hello, I just upgraded to version 1.46 and noticed the following. The program did not give me the usual
  8. Thank you for fixing this. I just downloaded the latest update and this does not show up as a problem. Thanks again.
  9. Thank you for the reply. I contacted Alibre today and they stated it is their file. Alibre is a popular CAD program and has been around for a few years now. I checked the size and date with Alibre ( a tech in support) and it was correct. Their website is alibre.com. Again, if I do a quick scan this does not show up. It will only show up if I do a full scan or scan the Alibre folder. I am confident that this is their file, but I am getting a little concerned by the fact that I have been the only one who has noticed this and contact this forum so far. Does the above file look OK to you? Thank you.
  10. Hello, Here is the zipped file in question. Could someone just confirm if this is a f/p or not please? Thank you. UnregisterExcelAddin.zip

  12. Hello, I just downloaded the latest update, 3929, and I get the same results as the developer scan above. Is this OK to put on the ignore list? Thank you
  13. Hello, I just ran a scan and found the following. The system has not been run for approx 1 day so I do not know what definition this occurred in. The virus total report came back clean on all counts. I have checked 3 systems so far and this file appears to be a common file for Alibre. 14. Thank you stuartk2010 and exile360 for your replies. I have used Acer monitors with no problems for 3 years now, but this has me reconsidering what I will get in the future. For some reason I could not get through to the MS website (activeX would not install) so I went ahead and disassembled the cabinet and logged on to Windows Update and I now have the driver. I was not aware that the Microsoft Update Catalog had drivers like this. When I find out what the problem was logging on I will have to look into this and see what is available. Thanks again.
  15. Hello, When I tried to get monitor drivers for a new Acer H243H that I just purchased, I was told by email that
  16. Thank you for your reply. I went ahead and installed version 26 from the noscript.net website. No problems and it is working fine as usual. Thanks again.
  17. Hello, Today I realized that the current version of NoScript is 1.9.9.26. When I have Firefox check for updates for this program, it states that version 1.9.9.22 is the newest version. When I go to the Mozilla update page directly, it also states that the 22 version is current. Is there a compatibility problem with the newest version of Firefox and NoScript? Thank you.
  18. Thank you AdvancedSetup for the explanation. I misunderstood what the question on this file was. Upon re-reading the other threads and this one, I understand more fully what the issues are. I have removed this file from my two systems. Thanks again.
  19. Hello, Below is a small part of the autorun.ini file in question. I am not that knowledgeable with computers, but to me this appears (?) to be a standard install procedure . The file is 475 KB. It appears to repeat itself in different languages, hence the larger size. Hope this does not muddy the waters; I was just trying to shed some light on this issue. Thank you. 20. Thank you iroc9555 and nosirrah for the replys. The quick action/responses from this forum is the primary reason I recommend this product.
  21. Hello, I too have a HP printer and the file appears to be associated with the install. I ran a quick scan with version 1.42 and get the same results. I went ahead and had MB take care of the file and rebooted. The next scan was clear and my printer appears to be working fine. I will keep this in quarantine until this is confirmed a false positive or not. Should I send you the file to examine? Thank you. 23. Thank you both very much for your input. I did not see the kb973687 for the 32-bit. I would assume that this is the one that was installed on the AMD 64. I guess this shows I need to improve my Google search techniques. Thanks again.
  24. Sorry if this is a dumb question, but the more I look around, the more confused I am. I presently have two systems. Both run XP Pro with 32-bit OS. One is an Intel and the other is an AMD 64 3800+. When I updated windows the Intel downloaded KB973688, while the AMD downloaded KB973687. These two updated are basically the same except that one is for 32-bit(973688) and the other is for a 64-bit OS(973687). Shouldn
  25. Thanks nosirrah. I am really impressed as to how quick you guys/gals react to issues like this.
