    I'm trying to provide remote support to a friend who is both non-technical and not a native English speaker. She has problems with her Laptop running Windows 7 and I suggested she run Malwarebytes . When she does she gets "A error has occurred. please report this error code to our support team MBAM_ERROR_ADD-TO_RESULTS(0,6)" The scan continues on and finds numerous infected items. Is this error anything important?
