  1. After a bit more checking found that the ndis.sys file was missing from system32/drivers file. All network hardware has a error 39 code and have a yellow circle round them. Tried replacing the ndis.sys file with a clean one from another computer but just causes a blue screen. is there any hope or do I need to reformat the hard drive. Thanks

  7. Hi Managed to update my malwarebytes, ran it found nothing, however logged off the computer and now I can't log on even to safe mode. Upgraded Malaware to 4170 I think Attached is the Javara log, can't access the malaware log now JavaRalog.txt
  8. Hi Only problem I have downloading the upgrade to Malwarebytes is that I can't connect to the internet with the computer in question, I am posting these through my works computer. Is it possible to download the upgrade and add it to the program using a flash drive? Thanks

Had a few virus' over the last week, including backdoor.bot and Alureon.h, which using various process I have seem to have cleaned from the system, but I still can't log onto Windows, only through Safe Mode.
