I appreciate that Buttons - That's why I PM'd him as I know he's kindly helped others in the past. I further appreciate that the demand for the product far outstripped the anticipated levels - however this is down to a lack of market research by MalwareBytes. It's an embarrasing oversight by the company IMHO. This is the best thing out there at what it does. So the demand IS going to be huge. Any Network Professional worth their salt is going to want this in their network ASAP. Believe me - I'm not dissing the product or them in the least, I absolutely love the product - I just find it incredibly frustrating and concerning when despite REPEATED attempted to get some information I end up having to escalate and complain publicly before I get a response. My recommendation would be to have something highly visible on the website making it clear that the company has been inundated with enquiries. I'd also go so far as to send an automated reply to people sending in enquiries just so we (the customers) know that the query has been lodged. I sent an initial request the very day that corporate licensing was added - so we're talking months since my initial enquiry. I've followed that up twice by the form and once via email, and haven't heard a thing. That's not on, it's bad customer service and bad management. Come on guys. You're now wanting selling to corporations. The last thing corporations have time for is chasing potential suppliers up for quotes - we'll just go elsewhere! Follow your sales leads! (Especially if we're talking 1,500 seats, that's a HUGE income stream for you guys!!!) I, like I imagine many other network managers - have a budget waiting. We're eager to throw our money at you. I want to be a reseller and sell this to businesses - but the information simply isn't coming from the Sales Team! I'm sure that a response will now be forthcoming quickly, and I'm grateful for that. However, I'd bet a pound to a penny that potential customers are already starting to go elsewhere. Existing contracts with their current suppliers will be coming up for renewal - and you're missing out on a massive revenue stream by not capitalising on this! I have lots of ideas - if someone from the team wants to discuss this outside an open forum I'd be willing to assist if at all possible. Thanks, Ad
