bugged

I had some virus or another. Ran all my anti-virus software, Spyware Doctor, AdAware, AVG, Malwarebytes. Supposedly everything got cleaned up, but I'm getting relentless 'just-in-time-debugger' messages, and the occasional google redirect. I've tried solutions presented in other forums regarding disabling etc., but problem is, if anything, worse. Help? Thanks.
