    ok apparantly I'm not allowed to uplod a .log file so here it is in .txt log.txt

    Okay i can't install malwarebytes on my parents computer which they've sufficiently screwed up. Whenever I try I get an error message 372. Also there is a rogue security suit called "desktop security 2010" making my life a living hell. I can't use the taskbar or apparently move any object from folder to folder unless i go through the command line. any help would be appreciated.
