Hi Elise, thanks for the reply, we had to wipe the machine clean and reinstall everything. i guess it was a new virus that no one seems to have a fix for yet. I just got it back going and am getting things back to norm. i need to put Malwarebytes back on it and a good virus program. so make me a good suggestion on what i should have to protect myself. Thanks

If anyone knows what could be happening please let me know. I just ran a malwarebytes full scan and did the removal then after reboot i can't log in i get no responce from the keyboard or mouse. i have tryed safe mode but i still can't log in. i have been running regular malwarebytes scans but not virus scans so i suspect if i could get in and install the virus scan and run that it may fix my problem. Thanks

New to the forum but fan of Malwarebytes. I have tried safe mode but still have no keyboard or mouse use. i can get into safe mode with F8 and tab through options etc. but once i try to log in no response. I have been fighting getting rid of a deeper issue since i had malware problem a week ago that required a scan in safe mode to remove. since that time my internet explorer has been acting odd.
