  1. Wound up defraging any way. From the report on the screen I could see any changes that were made. Will wait and see if my system slows down again if it does I have copied and pasted the instructions to Note Pad. If it happens again will run it again. Thanks for all your help. Again thank you, iddawg.
  2. Just defragged last Friday. Only 2 % needed to be defragged; will continue to step 2. It will be at least 7 to 10 days before the system slows again; ran all scans last night. Should I wait or go ahead and do step 2 now. Thanks iddawg
  3. My OS is Windows 7. I'm running Kaspersky Internet Security, SuperAntiSpyware, and Malwarebytes. I have noticed that after 10 to 7 days my system runs slow. I have installed CCleaner and run it every time I go off line. I check the %temp% folder after running CCleaner and it is empty. Every time I bring up IE 8 off line there are temp files in the folder that I cannot delete. Also it is slowing down my connection speed. When the system slows down I will boot into Safe Mode with Networking off line and run all three scans in the order above. All three, always find no infections. (I cannot connect to the Internet in Safe Mode due to the only connection that is available to me is dial up. Ugh.) After I reboot into Windows every thing will run like it is suppose to for another 7 to 10 days; then I have to repeat the scans again. The issue is also slowing down my connection speed due to files filling the temp folder on line. On the attachment is the files that keep recurring when I bring up IE 8 off line. I wish I could tell you more; but that is all I can; at this point. Does any one have any ideas as to what is going on? Thanking you ahead in this matter, iddawg
