actually i went ahead and deleted the prg, the reinstalled it, it opens now like its supposed to and it updated, but now i keep getting this error messge, [openevent] failed to perform desired action error code 2 and when i reopen the prg, the enable protection module is unchecked again. its done it several time now in last few minutes

it gives me this error when i try to open it, what do i need to do? help is greatly appreciated.
