Yeah, except MB's sales department, so far from my experience, sucks. I love MB. I have been trying to get them to quote me out 1000 licenses for an educational institution for almost 3 months now. I don't handle the budget here. I simply offer a proposal to the director and he accepts or declines. I can't even get the option for either of those if MB doesn't answer their e-mails.
