  1. When I start any kind of scan, quick or full, it crashes about 5-10 seconds after and this is the information I get out of it. I am using Windows XP SP3 and this is Malwarebytes Anti-malware version 1.46. This happens on other computers aside from mine. Can anyone please shed some light on this? Any help would be appreciated. This issue has already been covered on this post, however was unsuccessful at resolving the issue.
  2. Ran the checkdisk and cleared all the temp files, but still having the same error.
  3. I followed the above instructions regarding the exclusions and I'm still getting the same error.
  4. I use Microsoft Security Essentials for my antivirus solution and the firewall that comes with Windows XP.
  5. I tried the instructions given above but I still get the same error. Please advise.
