You deserve to be thanked. your software worked well. However...this post is a bit premature as I've only rebooted one time since the repair. i was very excited to thank you for your help. i was ready to hunt down the punks that made that rotten "micro antivirus" or whatever its called, and burn their house down. if that type of popup /spam advertising is illegal....why arent they tracked down & arrested? thanks again!!!!!!!!
