Just to say thanks to you guys, particularly Marcin. The PC picked up a barrow load of malware and tried a number of programmes - avast, avg etc to no avail. Malwarbytes did the trick even removing the dreaded google-analytic bug! After scanning kept getting an error message so couldn' t delete. Thankfully Marcin's suggestion that I restart in safe mode worked. Thanks again from a grateful first time user. This is probably not a good place to ask this question but as a complete newbie I have no idea how I picked up all these bugs - could it be linked to my teenagers downloading torrents on asureus? Thought kerio firewall would protect from these assaults??? Reg
