What if the item is loaded when MBAM is in the middle of its memory scanning phase?

Suppose an item has loaded into the memory after the scan has began, would that item be scanned in the scan?

Can MBAM require rebooting the computer after installation?If so, does it always tell if it needs one?I am asking so because suppose if I install MBAM and if it requires a reboot and after that I install another program which requires a reboot too, can there be a conflict?

I have seen on every fresh MBAM install that after the very first scan, the subsequent scans completes faster compared to the first one, any specific reason for that?

Does MBAM keeps record(hashes) of clean files when it encounters it for the first time and skips scanning the file if it finds the integrity of it is intact the next time it encounters it, something AVs like MSSE, EAM, Kaspersky do?

Luckily I have never come across a Malware infection but I want to know if I come across one and both MBAM Pro and my AV detects it at the same time and asks for confirmation to quarantine the Malware, which one should I tell to quarantine the Malware ie. my AV or MBAM Pro?And should I tell the other pop-up to ignore the infection? Hi, I am thinking of running MBAM Pro alongside Emsisoft Anti-Malware but a bit skeptical cause EAM is in itself a 2 in 1 scanner.Would using EAM alongside MBAM Pro be overlapping?

What should be the exclusions when using MBAM alongside Prevx?

Does that goes for every AV and not only MSE?
