  10. Hello Jackie Pike Please check you should have an email from Cleverbridge with your ID/KEY purchase information, you need to register your install. Please don't post this ID/KEY Open MBAM, click Protection tab in MBAM and enter in your ID and KEY you received in the mail by clicking the Register button Now click on the Start Protection button. You should have an email from Cleverbridge with your ID/KEY purchase information Uninstall Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware using Add/Remove programs from the Control Panel Restart your computer (very important) Download and run mbam-clean.exe Restart your computer (very important) Download a fresh copy from here Disable AVG and ZoneAlarm temporarily. Then install MBAM from the newly downloaded copy from an administrative account after completion it will automatically open update window, please allow (current 5417) Register it with the ID/KEY (in case of registered version) Enable AVG and ZoneAlarm ensuring all recommended exclusions are in place Should you have any question(s) please post back using button

  22. Hello hm269: The first thing you should do: If it connects to Internet via Ethernet cable is to update MBAM database and run a Quick Scan in Normal Mode afterward someone will assist you as to what should be your next step!
