  1. Hello CoffeeQueen: This is odd that you still have zlib.dll with version 1.50.1.1100 as I don't see in any of my installs on Windows XP professional SP3
  2. Hello tbagster: This seem to be a permission problem i.e. program is trying to load .dll file with insufficient privilege
  3. Hi russellj: The easiest way to confirm if there is a problem with router is to directly connect system via Ethernet cable with modem and see if Internet is accessible! In case when router is compromised you need to reset it to factory default then reconfigure it according to ISP provided information, however, please don't forget to change default admin password, and of course if you are using wireless connection then encryption key
  4. Hello CoffeeQueen: Third line item: C:\Program Files\Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware\zlib.dll do you still have this? Last line item: \System Volume Information\ absolutely no idea what this is doing in exclusion list
  5. Hello russellj: Do you use router to connect to Internet? If so, then it seems to be compromised, else your system is badly infected that is blocking download. You may download installation file on some other system and transfer it via USB
  6. Hello jeffce: If you want this to be taken care quickly with no further post, then I'd suggest you to send a PM to moderator

  9. Hello Holiday24: That link is working for me, as an alternate you may download it from here and see if you have any success. Are you downloading it on the PC where you are attempting system restore? Try downloading it from some other system and transfer the downloaded file via USB, most likely due to infection your download is blocked or if you are connected via router then it is compromised! Anyway start your new topic in HijackThis log area and post problem there instead of PC Help, someone will help you there
