explorer.exe DELETED!!! NEED HELP PLZZ ASAP!! ~GONE~HELPPPP

Once logged on, press ctrl+alt+del, go to the applications tab, and click new task, type in: %SYSTEMROOT%\System32\restore\rstrui.exe and you can use system restore!!!! Hope its not too late!!!
