(think there .cab files?)   but I can attach them..  Only 1 item in each zip.  SORRY I missed the part where you said zip the CBS...    CBS.zip are all  7 files....

  3. after I posted Logs above - I used the Support/Clean Tool -  the program & license + ID is back -  When I go to the taskbar to "Check for Updates"  sometimes   it works?

    When I open the program from the taskbar &  go to the Settings/About tab & click on: Check for Updates I get this error pic?  (also the General Tab "Check for Updates" )

    and, sometimes I get the updates?
