  1. I'd like to request that the date/time format reflect the system settings instead of the format shown in the attached image. Thanks!
  2. OK. Thanks. I won't be able to run it till Saturday (it's Monday), but will give it a shot then. Hopefully it will help provide a solution. I'll upload the files with my next reply.
  3. When I attempt to update Malwarebytes, I receive the following error: An error has occurred. Please report this error code to our support team. PROGRAM_ERROR_UPDATING (407, 0, HTTPStatusCode) I am able to PING data-cdn.malwarebytes.org = Pinging gs1.wpc.v2cdn.net [93.184.215.73] with 32 bytes of data: Reply from 93.184.215.73: bytes=32 time=20ms TTL=55 Reply from 93.184.215.73: bytes=32 time=20ms TTL=55 Reply from 93.184.215.73: bytes=32 time=20ms TTL=55 Reply from 93.184.215.73: bytes=32 time=20ms TTL=55 Ping statistics for 93.184.215.73: Packets: Sent = 4, Received = 4, Lost = 0 (0% loss), Approximate round trip times in milli-seconds: Minimum = 20ms, Maximum = 20ms, Average = 20ms I am using a proxy, and everything else works fine. This seems to occur about every third upgrade of this application. Then the next one is released and that seems to resolve the issue. I have completely uninstalled the application (using your removal tool) and re-installed it and still get the same error. Nothing on the proxy has changed and Malwarebytes was working fine until the last upgrade was installed. Thank you.
  4. Absolutely, a multi-layered approach to malware is best. I use Malwarebytes and Spybot and Piriform's CCleaner to keep the temp files at bay. For Anti-Virus, I use AVG Internet Security. So far, they've done the job remarkably well. You never want to rely on one anti-malware product alone. There are just too many variants out there that chances are one will miss something. Best of luck to you!
