Download and run the Malwarebytes Support Tool Accept the EULA and click Advanced tab on the left (not Start Repair) Click the Gather Logs button, and once it completes, attach the zip file it creates on your desktop to your next reply

  4. Please do the following Uninstall and reinstall using the Malwarebytes Support Tool Please have lots of patience with the tool. The first phase is a cleanup and does require a Windows Restart. After the Restart, it may take 2 - 3 - 4 minutes till the Support tool screen shows up. Please be patient and have faith. Wait for it, whatever it takes. The 2nd phase is where it offers to do a new Install. Let me know if that clears up the issue or not.

  14. Most of my users use the free version to make monthly images to external hard drive that is only connected when making a backup. Some have a second drive in the computer and have auto backups being done. But those are not 100 %safe unless you use the paid version with image gaurdian like I do.

  19. Just asking if you upgraded yet. That can take a while sometimes. The company has program updates pushed through the normal updater (the one that checks for database updates) metered in such a way that it is throttled so not every user is offered the new build once it has been released, so it becomes a matter of probability and is somewhat random. This means that you might be offered it early, or it might take a really long time before it is offered to you, it just all depends. Basically a luck of the draw kind of deal.
  20. I personally make images only. I use Macrium Reflect Free I do own the paid version that can protect the images from ransomware. Never had a failure during restore. I load it on all computers I service and instruct on its use.

  23. It takes 5-7 weekdays for a response and the second ticket reset the counter. Could you post your ticket numbers please. Sis you use our support tool or add remove programs?
