  1. If you have ever uninstalled and reinstalled without manually deactivating then it will show multiple activation's and the my malwarebytes acn let you fix it on your own.
  2. Life time keys even if bought several are Windows only. and not valid for any other Malwarebytes product.
  3. That is were trying to tell every one to do. It will work on one computer per key and not 3 like others are claiming they purchased.
  4. When/after you decativate all, Wait a few minutes for it to register and refresh the my account page and it should show the below.
  5. No, But I am and have been a authorized reseller since 2009. Go to your my malwarebytes account and deactivate all and wait a few minutes then activate only one computer and you will be "fixed".
  6. Never any such thing. Just because you and others "got away" with it all these years does not change the pre 2014 license agreement.
  7. Lifetime licenses are good for only ONE computer. Deactivate all computers and only activate on ONE. What was done was release an update that enforces the ONE computer per licensce terms it originally had.

  13. If you have 4 separate licenses you have nothing to worry about. Please follow the instructions in the post before yours. Have patience if using support, they are busy dealing with these cases.
  14. Be a little more forceful. It is not your fault they cant keep thier hosting clean. You do not need a dedicated IP just a different one in a different range.
  15. All lifetime licenses are 1 license per PC. There was a grace of 3 seats so as not to inconvenience customers that may have failed hard drives or similar issues or move to a new computer. It never was the intent to install on 3 different computers. It's possible if you uninstall Malwarebytes from all computers and then wait a few minutes and then install on only 1 computer and try to activate it then it might allow you to activate it. It will not activate on more than one computer though. The licensing system has been overhauled recently and the former grace that was built into licenses is no longer present which explains why lifetime licenses are now limited to a single device. It is true that all lifetime keys were valid for only 1 device at a time from the beginning, however the old system had a built in allowance for up to 3 installations/uses before the system would invalidate the key because users could not deactivate devices they no longer had access to (such as systems where the drive has failed or where they no longer own the systems); now that the new system has been implemented which tracks licenses and subscriptions more accurately and allows users to deactivate their own licenses/devices via My.Malwarebytes.com, that 3 device allowance has been removed. In the past when you would contact Support for them to reset your license, this is all they did; essentially the same thing you can now do with the Deactivate all function in the My Account portal at My.Malwarebytes.com, however because that 3 activation allowance has been removed and lifetime licenses are restricted to their original single device, resetting the license key only restores functionality for activating a single device. This unfortunately means that anyone relying on using a single lifetime license for multiple devices simultaneously is going to run into this issue. Did you create a ticket with support? 16. Stick with the support ticket. Be patient it is the weekend. The licensing system has been upgraded and it might "think" you are over your limit from past re-installs if they were not deactivated first.
  17. If you were using your key on more than the ONE allowed computer then this is the result.
  18. Shut down in Windows 10 does not actually shut down the computer because of a feature called fast start. I wouldn't. Start a topic in the malware-removal section and let them clean up and get your system clean. https://forums.malwarebytes.com/forum/108-malware-removal-help/

  20. It is the little player at the top of the site that is blocked. You can scroll down in the window and tell it not to block and ignore always.
