  1. @wolfieb Let's get some diagnostic logs. Download FRST and save it to your desktop NOTE: You need to run the version compatible with your system. You can check here if you're not sure if your computer is 32-bit or 64-bit Double-click to run FRST and when the tool opens click "Yes" to the disclaimer Press the "Scan" button This will produce two files in the same location (directory) as FRST: FRST.txt and Addition.txt NOTE: These two files will be collected by the MB-Check Tool and added to the zip file for you Create and obtain an mb-check log Download MB-Check and save to your desktop Double-click to run MB-Check and within a few second the command window will open, then click "OK" This will produce one log file on your desktop: mb-check-results.zip Attach this file to your forum post by clicking on the "Drag files here to attach, or choose files..." or simply drag the file to the attachment area
  2. Both The PC and MAC need their own Paid licenses. You need to purchase for 2 Devices. There is an MB3 for each.
  3. Hi and Welcome. You do not want to disable those until you know what is causing those blocks. Sometimes it can mean you're infected. On top of that, you can only turn off ALL notifications, not just the web blocker notifications.

  7. Can you try installing the latest 3.2.2.2018 over your existing product and let me know if that worked. Just download the latest installer from : https://downloads.malwarebytes.org/file/mb3 Run the installer on top of your existing product. No need to uninstall. Thanks.

  10. Not the same thing. You're running Windows 10, which has a feature known as Fast Startup enabled by default. When you "shut down" your computer, you're not fully shutting it down. You're essentially putting it into a low power hibernation state that allows the machine to startup faster the next time. If you want to fully shut down your Windows 8/8.1/10 computer, you need to use the restart option; not the Shut Down option. This will shut down your computer fully and of course restart it as well.

  19. Can you please try downloading the latest version of MB3 from https://downloads.malwarebytes.com/file/mb3 and installing it? mb-clean should have prompted you for this, but it looks like it did not
