This is a browser guard exclusive block. I have moved your post to the correct section so the Browser Guard team can address it. Also, your customer's browser guard is way out of date.

Do you have browser guard installed as well? We do not have phone support. Please do the following so that we may take a closer look at your system for any possible infections. Please restart the computer and do the following. WARNING: Do Not click the Repair option under Advanced unless requested by a Malwarebytes support agent or authorized helper NOTE: The tools and the information obtained are safe and not harmful to your privacy or your computer, please allow the programs to run if blocked by your system. Download the Malwarebytes Support Tool In your Downloads folder, open the mb-support-x.x.x.xxx.exe file In the User Account Control pop-up window, click Yes to continue the installation Run the MBST Support Tool In the left navigation pane of the Malwarebytes Support Tool, click Advanced In the Advanced Options, click Gather Logs. A status diagram displays the tool is Getting logs from your machine A zip file named mbst-grab-results.zip will be saved to the Desktop or on the hidden Public desktop (usually C:\Users\Public\Desktop), please upload that file on your next reply Thank you

This is one issue only the support desk can address. The forum can not deal with license issues. Please contact our support team at https://support.malwarebytes.com/hc/en-us/requests/new to get help Please submit only one ticket/request. Additional tickets will increase the delay. Be advised it can take 3-5 weekdays for a response after the automated reply with your ticket number.

Duration of virus signatures updating
Porthos replied to lady_minerva's topic in Malwarebytes for Windows Support Forum
No, I have premium so I do not worry because it auto-updates. You can do a clean install to see if that helps. Let's use the support tool and do a clean uninstall and reinstall. Download the Malwarebytes Support Tool. Please close all browsers and programs before running the tool. After the tool runs, you will be offered an install. After the reinstall restart the computer. -
I moved this temporarily so the web team can take a look at the IP's

That setting aggressively bloks hundreds of thousands of sites with .info, .tech, .online, and so forth.

Until staff replies, You should advise your users to turn off this NON-Default setting in Browser Guard. This is the only reason your users are getting blocks.
