  17. The only way is to do a reset of the computer and choose the option to save your data. You did not mention what version of Windows this is so I cant offer a guide on the reset. Reset might be a good option since you are worried he installed something on the system.

  23. Until staff replies, You should advise your users to turn off this NON-Default setting in Browser Guard. This is the only reason your users are getting blocks.
