  2. There was a new beta (810) today. Check for updates if you have already enabled beta updates.
  3. I doubt you will. The Beta has been confirmed to fix the blue screen issues du to mwac issues.
  4. Please try uninstalling and reinstalling if you wish, Malwarebytes for Windows using the Malwarebytes Support tool. Uninstall and reinstall using the Malwarebytes Support Tool https://support.malwarebytes.com/docs/DOC-2674 Please have lots of patience with the tool. The first phase is a cleanup and does require a Windows Restart. After the Restart, it may take 2 - 3 - 4 minutes till the Support tool screen shows up. Please be patient and have faith. Wait for it, whatever it takes. The 2nd phase is where it offers to do a new Install. Or choose no and close the support tool. If that does not fix the issue, Please try running it in Safe Mode . Instructions on booting into Safe Mode can be found here as well as here. Let me know if that clears up the issue or not.
  5. I understand your frustration. You will just have too see on your own. It has not been announced if this one will fix the issue.
  6. Please try the current beta to see if it helps. You can install it by enabling the option for beta updates near the bottom of the General tab found under settings which you can access by clicking the small gear icon in the upper right area of the main Malwarebytes UI. Once enabled, scroll back near the top of the same tab and click the Check for updates button and allow it to download and install the new update, then restart your system, remove the exclusion you created and test to see if the issue is resolved.

It will in time, however new versions are metered out to users gradually over time, but if you wish to avoid the wait you may open Malwarebytes and navigate to Settings and click on the Install Application Updates button and the new version should be downloaded and offered to you to install Your version is the CURRENT (as of today) Beta. It might correct your issue but that is uknown at this time because release notes have not been posted yet.
  8. I am just curious, Why go thru the issue of making them work when Malwarebytes Premium instead would be a better solution.
  9. I would encourage you, if you have not already done so, to create a Help Ticket with Support. This forum can only provide you generic type help. Please go to this link https://support.malwarebytes.com/hc/en-us/requests/new?ticket_form_id=360002090753 Provide the detail and submit the ticket. Please double check that you supply a valid / properly spelled & correct Email ( hopefully the same one you used at the time or original purchase). On the line “issue type” Be sure to Select “I have a billing related question or issue". Please do have patience. Support stays busy. And it will take 2 to 5 business days for them to handle the ticket.
  10. Just a note, Malwarebytes premium is not officially supported on servers. It usually works fine but some times there are other issues.

  12. That is totally separate than the main Malwarebytes program and a different development team. I will have staff move this to the correct section and answer this post. @gatortail@gonzo
  13. Ah I see. I do not know how to shut it down as I am not familiar with cloud based endpoint.
  14. You need to turn exit Malwarebytes from the tray icon. Right click and choose quit Malwarebytes. @DavidMoore
