  1. Are you planning to use the paid version of Malwarebytes. Your trial has expired and in the free mode it wont block anything.
  2. Sometimes if you try too many times in a row to activate it can do what happened to you.
  3. @ajotasan Could you please enable the beta updates and then check for updates.
  4. A few questions. Where did you purchase you key? Are you using any VPN's or Proxies?
  5. We do not have it unless you post/attach it here. To upload attachments please click the link as shown below. Then browse to where your file is located and select it and click the Open button. You can attach multiple files by just doing one at a time & repeating the steps for the rest.
  6. We need to get information from this machine in order to have the proper detail to help you forward. NOTE: The tools and the information obtained is safe and not harmful to your privacy or your computer, please allow the programs to run if blocked by your system and is only available to authorized members and the original poster Can you please follow the directions from the following KB article and post back your logs so that we can review Upload Malwarebytes Support Tool logs manually
  7. I am going to ask for your post be moved to the correct section for this. Go and attach the log for the detection.
  8. It is a good chance it is a false positive. I will ask to have you post moved to the correct section for evaluation. I am also attaching the NVU file I just downloaded and could you also post the log from you machine 's detection. https://www.virustotal.com/gui/file/110b1029d69fd32af4bf0d230603cb97e44f0c0409ee953a16c70dc5dbef5cb0/detection nvu.txt nvu-1.0-win32-installer-full.zip
  9. Ok, Lets do this again Hold the power button down for 30 seconds. Then unplug the tower from the power and then hold the button down again for about 5 seconds without the power cord NOT plugged in. Plug it back in and turn it on. If you still get nothing on the screen at all at any time during boot then you have a hardware issue not a software issue.
  10. When starting do you at least see a bios/post screen?
  11. There are a few ways. If Your PC Cannot Start Windows Normally If your PC won’t start Windows normally twice in a row, it should automatically present you with a “Recovery” option that lets you see advanced repair options. Note: We’re talking here specifically about if your PC is able to power on and successfully run through its hardware initialization, but then cannot load Windows successfully. If your PC is having trouble even getting to the stage where Windows loads, check out our guide on what to do when Windows won’t start for more help.
  12. Can you get the computer to boot into safe mode and run system restore? I will ask for you topic to be moved to a section where special tools can be used. You will need another computer and a preferably 8 gig blank flash drive.
  13. First, Attempt to power down the PC by holding the power button for about 20 seconds. If that does not work there is some work to do that can not be done in this section of the forums. Please report back.
