  10. Although doing the above can actually mess up Windows, it is your computer to do with what you wish. This isn't a False Positive. We detect as PUM.Optional.DisableMRT This means, potentially unwanted modification (PUM) where Microsoft Malicious Software Removal Tool is disabled. We detect this because a lot of malware sets this policy, hence why we want to warn the user about this (for obvious reasons) If you have set this policy yourself, then you can add an exclusion for this detection. By the way, for anyone that does wish to have these items excluded by Malwarebytes all you need to do is perform a Threat scan and once the scan completes, uncheck the boxes next to any detection's you do not wish to have quarantined by Malwarebytes and click Next. When asked what to do with the remaining detection's select the option to always ignore them and they will be added to your exclusions so that Malwarebytes does not detect them in future scans.
  11. It is not exactly a false detection. It means you or something has disabled the Microsoft Windows Malicious Software Removal Tool that runs each month as part of monthly updates. If you disabled it you can add the detection to the allow list. If not, let Malwarebytes fix it and we will look at your system more closely.
