And I thought I was the only one having this problem. I have someone from Malwarebytes helping me out. I've sent them an Mbam.exe dump file, and their going through it to see what is causing it. As priviously stated, if I use the X to quit, then if I run it again, it works fine. When I use the Exit button, it leaves the mban.exe in the process part of Task Manager, so if you run it again it states that it is already running. I'm sure they will solve it shortly.

All I did was install it and scanned with. it. Then later in the day, I wanted to scan again for the heck of it. That's when I noticed that it would not start up again if I clicked on the Destop Icon. I even clicked on the file in the Malwarebytes folder, and it won't run. If I go into "Task Manager" and look under processes and disable it, then it will run. Then if I exit it again, try and start the program, it still won't run, unless I go into Task Manager and disable it again. My Os is Windows 7 Home Premium, and I run PCTools Firewall. I have the latest version of Malwarebytes, and definitions.

Sorry about the double post. I can't find an edit button. I installed your latest version onto Windows 7 Home Premium. The problem I'm having is I'll use the program, exit, and then the next time I want to run it, it tells me that it is already running. I have uninstalled it, cleared the Registry using Mbam Clean,exe, but it still will not start, after exiting the program. Any help, or suggestions will be appreciated. Dakota.

I would like to thank the people involved in the making of this program!!! My wife was surfing, when all of a sudden this program popped up, and started to scan for infections in our system. Before she could react to it, the damage was done. Luckily I found your program by searching online, and was amazed, at how it cleaned it all out for me.
