  1. Ah ok I understand noknojon, It's just that it's really of no interest when everything turns out fine.
  2. Hi, The option "Automatically save and display logfile after removal" is a nice option, however I would really like it NOT to do this when nothing was found during a scan. Thanks.
  3. Hi, I'm using the free MBAM 1.44 on Win7 64bit. I always get what seems like a false positive, please take a look at it, can it be removed from the database please ? Registry Data Items Infected: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\Explorer\NoActiveDesktopChanges (Hijack.DisplayProperties) -> Bad: (1) Good: (0) -> No action taken. [99D040AEE155C12EB025D41F2DD365C3] Greetings, J.Logan.
  4. Whatever it may be, and how clear the evidence is, thinking souls do know which side is the positive one and which is the negative one. Let's not make it a flamefest, it actually ain't worth it, I just hope this will not do harm on MalwareBytes proper and clean reputation. In the end, incident after incident, the average Joe gets to know which company to trust and which to stay away.
  5. I really don't get their exact word Inocent. Come on, perhaps in China, stealing still is an act of honor, but why would a company still shout out about be innocent while their standing their naked with other people's property in their hands, and making big money from it. Does the 360 mean, collected from every other around us ?
  6. No edit, thus another post. Here's what ThreatExpert has to say about the packed C:\Program Files\Super Pi\super_pi_mod.exe (Malware.Packer.Krunchy) -> No action taken. [5253514247405230171301213722342323231824192319241923182422242023202325221721221 71717172136] Link : ThreatExpert Report
  7. Damn, no EDIT button sucks. You could as well make the board add something like Last edited by xxx on xxxxxx ..h..m..sec (Edited x times in total Just would like to ask, I forget where I got RockXP4.exe but AFAIK it's only for showing you your XP serial installed, and according to ThreatExpert, it doesn't do anything malicious, So I really don't know your logic behind what exactly is Spyware.
  8. Scanned using v2732 @MAM, I really don't understand what you're trying to say, sorry. mbam_log_2009_09_02__23_56_38_.txt
  9. Oops, the database was 2731, It was updated right after I finished this scan.
  10. Using the latest Database 2732. mbam_log_2009_09_02__22_05_01_.txt
  11. Here's the log. mbam_log_2009_09_02__20_24_43_.txt
  12. All F/P's in the .RAR archive. Contents : super_pi_mod.exe (MD5 = CA977A1CD46B170DDEA7ADC4E19BD6BA) meta4.exe (MD5 = FCE9E5F5C7CE6D7B1EC49B5CE07070C9) RockXP4.exe (MD5 = 8C3C4EAD89BBCD4A441C627963A514D1) Link (Size = 931kB) : Rapidshare
  13. Please, If someone could correct me, please do so. MBAB found a F/P : C:\Users\Public\Desktop\Malware Defender.lnk AFAIK, Malware Defender is a great HIPS program, I expect this finding a F/P. Please, look into it. Thanks a lot.
