  6. If I load a virtual operating system on a computer and try to load malwarebytes on that system to install and run, How can I derect Malwarebytes to scan an different drive then the virtual one its installed on?
  7. Using windows xp on a Dell system, its infected with something that will not allow me to run either combofix of malwarebytes. When I try to run those programs they start up and then just disapear. I tried in safe mode and regular it all so does start the browser pop up window effect. Any ideas what I can do? by the way it will not even allow me to remove programs such as malwarebytes? I got malwarebytes to run one time and the window popped up , ran for 5 seconds in the scan the disappeared forever.. when I click on the malwarebyte shortcut on the desktop I get the following error: windows cannot access the specified device, path, or file. You may not have permissions to access the item. Now I m logged in , in Safe mode and I originally was setup as the administrator.. hep please
  8. I just download this and installed it , rebooted but I dont see anywhere I can change the policy at to allow th popup other than the original ip scan
  9. Is there a way to submit a site that might have malware on it and how do we do this? is there a quick easy way?
  10. Can someone maybe post a picture of their registry key as they entered it to shut this popup off? Just want o make sure it right, Im using a 32bit windows xp
