  1. Error message

    Box title RegSvr32

    Main text

The module "C\Program Files\Malwarebytes' Anti-Malare\mbamext.dll" failed to load

Make sure the binary is stored at the specific path or debug it to check for problems with the binary or dependant .DLL files

The specified module could not be found

For your information the beta version installed OK on our machine in normal mode.

    We then uninstalled and rebooted.

We then installed successfully in safemode but when trying to run in normal mode then this problem occurred.

We could probably fix it by removing the installation, rebooting and reinstalling but we have left it like this in case there is a problem that the developers need to investigate.

I am also appealing to the other beta testers - have you observed this when installing in safemode or is it just us?

  2. Installed Malwarebytes in Safe-mode (Vista SP2) OK

(This is a very important feature of the program that sets it aside from other antispyware programs)

However, upon booting to normal mode the program failed to run

    Error messages

Box 1 title vbAccelerator SGrid II Cont....

    Main message Run-time error '0'

    After clicking OK

    Box 2 title Malwarebytes' Ant-Malware

    Main message Run-time error '440'

    Automation error

    Hope this helps

May be worth seeing if others observe this as well.

Will try installing again when have time - testing on work machine!

  3. Having read the previous posts I recognize that the Sales team may be struggling with the number of inquiries.

This is not surprising since your product is probably one of the best around however, I was wondering if you could prioritize our request for a quote for 18500 licenses?

    Regards,
