Just makes it easier to go back to if we need to reference anything in the future. Give it about 1/2 hour or so and you should be able to log into your site. You might need to update Browser Guard's database. How to: Click the BG icon in browser toolbar > click the 3 dots beside settings gear > support > check for database updates.

  5. Hello, Can I get you to try reproducing the issue again, then grab logs from BrowserGuard please? You can get BG logs by clicking its icon in browser toolbar > 3 dots beside settings gear > support > download debug logs. If you don't specify where to download, it'll likely be in your downloads folder. Name is something like BG-Logs_v2.6.17_2023-12-21_102231.txt Thank you

  8. Best I can tell, it was a too aggressive block on the domain due to multiple child domains being malicious. So that block has been disabled and blocks put in place for only the malicious ones. This kind of thing doesn't happen often so thank you for your detailed explanation and opportunity to test the issue in order to gather logs/data. All helps go toward preventing this in the future.

  12. Hello, Thanks for the report. I was able to whitelist the s3 bucket you indicated in your first post. Should be good to go in say .... 1/2 hour? If still blocked, be sure to check for database updates within BG itself. Click BG icon in browser toolbar > 3 dots beside settings gear > support > check for database updates.

  14. Hello, That file has been whitelisted by us since July/23. I see though they have rootkit scanning enabled. Can you try scan again without rootkit scanning? Reason being is that rootkit scanning ignores some of the background whitelisting in order to be more aggressive. If still detected after that, we'll need a set of diag logs to see what is going on. Thanks!

  18. Hello, The IP Porthos indicated above will be unblocked next database update (usually within an hour). Not sure if that will fix the issue because ff-winners is not on that IP. I'll be back in a couple hours to check.

Give it about 15 mins or so and the site should no longer be blocked. If still blocked after say 1/2 hour, you may need to update BrowserGuard database.
