  1. Hiya Toyjeep, Thanks for that log, unless you have any remaining issues or concerns we can clean up.... Right click on FRST here: C:\Users\stuar\Downloads\FRST-OlderVersion\FRST.exe or FRST64.exe and rename uninstall.exe when complete right click on uninstall.exe and select "Run as Administrator" If you do not see the .exe appended that is because file extensions are hidden, in that case just rename FRST or FRST64 to uninstall That action will remove FRST and all created files and folders... 5. Hiya Gracehoper, Those dump files are quite outdated, 7 in total the latest one being 14th Nov 2019. All dumps indicate a problem with Volume Shadow Copy driver... Windows 7 is no longer supprted by Microsoft so not really sure a new driver would be available, also as the dumps are so old not really sure that would still be the current problem... It is still possible to upgrade from Windows 7 to Windows 10 for free, is that something you would consider.. https://www.howtogeek.com/509087/how-to-upgrade-from-windows-7-to-windows-10-for-free/ Thank you, Kevin..

  13. I`d like to remove the open route through the Firewall, see if that makes any difference. It can easily be opened again... whats your thoughts...?
  14. I just notice it has an open route through the firewall, does your version include the web client. I`m just wondering if an exploit was inplace on a file sharing client could a user get inbound sniffers directly through the firewall regardless of a firewall block being in place... File sharing is always fraught with loopholes used by malware writers, maybe I`m wrong... not really sure in your case...
