Continue to clean up: Right click on FRST here: C:\Users\lewie\Downloads\FRST64 or FRST.exe and rename uninstall.exe when complete right click on uninstall.exe and select "Run as Administrator" If you do not see the .exe appended that is because file extensions are hidden, in that case just rename FRST to uninstall That action will remove FRST and all created files and folders... Hiya Carli, Right click on FRST64.exe on your PC, select Rename then rename to Uninstall.exe if you do not see .exe just rename to Uninstall When finished renaming right click on Uninstall or Uninstall.exe and select "Run as Administrtator" that will remove FRST and all saved files and folders...   22. Hiya Ian, I believe we`ve gone as far as we can, probably now is the time to refresh your system. Normally you have two options, Refresh where windows is reinstalled, all of your data is preserved. Any software that did not come from Microsoft Store or was preinstalled with windows would be lost. Reset, that would lose all data and all software as per refresh. Not a good way to go.. There is one more option called "Inplace Upgrade" that is reinstalling the operating system but preserving everthing, you lose nothing at all... Have a read at the following link, this option re
