Hiya Peter, To be honest I do not believe reinstalling windows would make any difference, the connection blocks are inbound, sporadic and speculative. Usually with this kind of issue I would advise resetting your router and dns settings, that normally fixes the problem. However, in your case your internet is a totally different distribution type, no router, no modem, just a direct cable. I would definitely contact your ISP, tell them the problem and see what they advise. Thanks, Kevin.. -

Hiya Peter, Yes I understand your frustation, the only good point is they are inbound and Malwarebytes makes the block.. Try this please: Open an elevated command prompt, at the prompt type or copy paste: netstat then hit enter. Allow that command to complete, it will takea couple of minutes. When complete the command prompt will show again... From the command window select > C:\ from top left corner of command prompt window. Then select > Edit then Select All that will highlight all of the script in the cmd window. From -
