  1. OK on w7 64 bits, no more NIS complaints after exclusion. Thanks.
  2. Norton Internet Security 20.3.1.22 starts complaining that it is not compatible with MBAM and to uninstall it. It did not happen till today. Suggestions? Thanks.
  3. Indeed a very good news! I am going to replace NIS 2012 because it has a bug in the firewall, that crashes when changing FW rules. Symantec is aware of this problem since several months but is not able/willing to fix it, see http://community.norton.com/t5/Norton-Internet-Security-Norton/NIS2012-crashing-with-changes-in-firewall/td-p/589474/highlight/false Very disappointing! So I am going for Bitdefender, but I don't want to loose MBAM!
  4. Problem resolved in Italy. Your assistance was so fast and good that I purchased full version today. Thanks again for support.
  5. Thsnks, google DNS works. Italy, we have a problem....
  6. Google DNS solves the problem. So it is an Italian bug. Wow, I was going to restore disk image tomorrow....
  7. Are you from Italy? If so, read other posts, we "Italians" seem to have all the same problem.
  8. I am also Italian, so it seems to be a "local" problem. I don't want to change DNS, I'll see tomorrow.... Buonanotte (goodnight)
  9. I added registry key, checked LAN connection but mbam won't update :-( I see that there are several other reports about this same problem, some from Italy, I am also from Italy, is it an italian bug? :-)
  10. Few more infos: - at work: I also restored computer to previous working configuration (the one of this morning, mbam was OK, LAN settings are OK) but same error message on mbam update - at home: I disabled NIS firewall (just to make sure) but still same problem, error code 732 (0,0). - ping is OK on W7 and XP. I think it is improbable to have the same problem on 3 PC's.... Thanks again.
  11. I had the Error code 732 (0,0) on my computer at work. I am running free Malwarebytes and have Norton Internet Security 2010 installed, Windows 7. I tried as suggested to uninstall/reboot/ run clean script/reboot/install but still same problem. I got headache... The I went home and the same happens on two computers: XP Sp3 with NIS2010 Windows 7 with NIS 2010 I can ping mbam and it looks OK, so I have no more ideas. Thanks for help. AstroMax
