  1. Swandog46/WasusDeWeeval; i was able to use the link provided in Advanced Setups reply (MBAM 1.45 from Fileforum). I have downloaded/installed/updated/and currently running. Thanks for the assist.
  2. If it's alright for me to tag onto this thread; I am also getting the same message when doing a new mbam install onto a Win2000 pc. I will monitor WaxusDeweeval for a solution.
  3. Installed on IBM R40 laptop. The update date is 3/31/2010 but if I try to update I get the following error; MBAM_ERROR_UPDATING (12007,0,WINHTTPSENDREQUEST Thanks, Jim
  4. Miekiemoes-I misunderstood you request for me to update, I thought you meant my request, not the program. All-I updated Malware, removed the error from the Ignore list, reran Malware and got no errors. It looks like a fix. Thanks for the quick response from everyone. Jim
  5. exile...odd, I updated to 3916 about 7:30am before I scanned. Will update and scan again. Does 3917 fix the error, ie it is a false positive or should it be Removed if found again?
  6. I just posted it. I need to know if it is a legit error or false positive. No it is not fixed. Thanks, Jim

  8. I have seen very similar posts to this so it may be redundent. Please see the log, specifically the following line and let me know if this is harmful. This is from a Windows Server 2003 sp2. I checked this registry path on our other servers and found that they either did not contain the entire path or they have the same setting. Thanks in advance.; Registry Data Items Infected: HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Policies\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\control panel\ConnectionsTab (Hijack.ConnectionControl) -> Bad: (1) Good: (0) -> No action taken.
