The three recommended remedies suggested are to: 1. start it up in safe mode 2. change the mbam.exe file name to myapp.exe 3. create a new account, restart and download Malwarebytes on that login name After trying all three, I have gotten farther along in the process than I had been a couple hours ago but now, after the program has been installed, it simply will not open. This indicates to me that the Malware is severely affecting my computer, which doesn't take a computer guru to know considering how I can't even get on my computer (without wanting to rip my hair out) out of safe mode. Anyways, how do I get the program to open?
