Lubrecon

I have the Malewarebytes 1.44 update and run scans often. I just had some work done on my computer, and took off two other antivirus programs. Do I need to get another antivirus program, or will the free version give me the protection I need? Should I purchase the full program from Malewarebytes to get extra protection? Thanks for the reply, I just don't want to have a lot of stuff that is conflicting or that will slow down my system.
