  1. I'm contacting them now - thx for the suggestion. BTW, the event viewer only had this... Event Type: Information Event Source: Service Control Manager Event Category: None Event ID: 7036 Date: 2/19/2010 Time: 10:03:34 AM User: N/A Computer: IA-003 Description: The MBAMService service entered the stopped state. For more information, see Help and Support Center at http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/events.asp.
  2. I'm attempting to move from the free version to the paid version and having difficulty getting it to run (the service that is). I've tried the instructions posted about removing it completely w/ mbam-clean.exe and reinstalling. I've done that several times w/ AV off, disabled, etc and I keep getting the same error when I attempt to enable the real time protection. The machine is a Windows 2003 server and is running Norton AV Corporate 8.0 MBAMService terminated unexpectedly: see Event Log for details I've been looking in the regular windows Event viewer and finding nothing so I'm probably not looking at the right Event Log. The program runs fine in regular standalone mode, but I need the protection in place as well (otherwise this was a waste of $25). Thanks for any help I can get... Robert
